While our horses are the foundation of our program, it is our volunteers who make everything possible. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment allow us to serve individuals and families throughout our community.

Volunteer Opportunities
We offer a variety of roles based on your interests and comfort level:
Side Walker
Walk alongside the rider during lessons, providing support, stability, and encouragement while helping ensure a safe and positive experience.
Horse Leader
Lead the horse during lessons and assist with grooming, tacking, and untacking. This role requires confidence and comfort working with horses.
Barn & Horse Care
Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, and general barn responsibilities to help keep our horses healthy and cared for.
Administrative & Events
Support office tasks, fundraising events, and community outreach efforts.
Volunteer Requirements
To join our volunteer team, you must:
Be at least 14 years old
Be able to commit to a consistent schedule
Complete a volunteer orientation and training
Training & Support
We provide structured training for each volunteer role to ensure you feel confident, prepared, and supported.
No prior experience is necessary just a willingness to learn and serve.
